Vegan lasagne with organic pane carasau

Sunalle’s organic pane carasau is the perfect ingredient for vegan recipes, because it is made without
recourse to pesticides or chemical fertilisers, with a view to safeguarding our natural resources.

 

A sample
recipe? Lasagne with courgettes, potatoes and pine nuts. An easy and quick meal that is sure to win over
even the most demanding of palates!

Ingredients

Sunalle organic Pane Carasau
500 ml vegetable stock
Courgettes
Potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
50 g pine nuts
Salt and extra-virgin olive oil, to taste

Process

Prepare the vegetable stock. Immerse the sheets of organic pane carasau in it for a few seconds and then leave them to dry. Steam the potatoes and courgettes, cutting the former into thin strips and the latter into small pieces.
To assemble the lasagne, place a sheet of pane carasau in a baking tray, then cover it with an initial layer of the sliced potatoes and courgettes, and the pine nuts.
Repeat until you have three layers of pane carasau and filling.
Top off with pane carasau, a handful of whole pine nuts, and some grated pane carasau.
Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
